Based on genuine customer reviews
Prompt, fairly priced work recurs in the feedback for Detail Demolition & Excavation, with the customer describing a demolition and block clearance in Geelong that was finished on schedule and at a rate considered very reasonable. Lucas and his team are named in that account, which credits them with an excellent standard of service while taking down an older house and clearing the site ready for a new build.
The communication was described as honest throughout, covering asbestos levels found on site, the permit requirements that applied and the preparation needed before work could begin. The scope combines demolition of a dwelling, clearance of the block and the earthworks and preparation that follow, indicating experience across both demolition and excavation.

Fantastic job completed on time and at a very reasonable rate. Lucas and the team provided an excellent service to demolish an old house and clear a block in preparation for our new build. Everything was very honestly communicated including asbestos levels, requirements for permits and preparation for the job. I would highly recommend Detail Demolition.
