Affordable Demolition geelong

Affordable Demolitions and Asbestos Removals is based at Newcomb and runs its own plant, including excavators and a tipper, covering Greater Geelong, the Bellarine and the Surf Coast. The same person who prices a job carries it out, with no subcontractor margin. Most of its work is residential, including knock-down-rebuilds and slab and driveway removal, with the remainder commercial, including shopfront and pub strip-outs and factory dismantling; bonded asbestos is identified, contained and removed under controlled conditions before disposal at a licensed facility.

Services include complete site demolition, interior strip-outs, asbestos removal, concrete demolition, excavation and bulk earthworks, and industrial demolition.

Affordable Demolition geelong is a demolition contractor operating in Newcomb that also lists asbestos testing and excavating among its services. The business is registered under the Demolition contractors category, with asbestos testing service and excavating contractor appearing as its subtypes, indicating a scope that takes in structural removal, asbestos assessment and earthmoving work.

Its service area covers Geelong and the surrounding district. The company keeps round-the-clock opening hours through the week, with a shorter window on Saturday mornings.
