Perry Demolition

Perry Demolition is a family business owned and operated by Bryce Perry, who started as a sole trader in 2013 before opening Perry Demolition in 2015 and has more than 15 years' experience in domestic, industrial and commercial demolitions. The company is a registered Builder-Demolisher (Medium Rise Buildings) with a Class B Asbestos Removal licence for non-friable asbestos, handles permit applications and lodging as per WorkSafe Victoria, and services Geelong, Melbourne, the Surf Coast and regional Victoria.

Services include domestic, industrial and commercial demolitions, asbestos removal, and emergency make-safe services.

Structures of various kinds are taken down by Perry Demolition, and the feedback left by customers centres on houses, bungalows, garages and a boundary wall removed close to a fence. Customers writing about their orders describe the quoting and scheduling as straightforward and efficient, with the permit process handled without fuss and awkward requests accommodated along the way. One thing mentioned again and again is the state of the ground afterwards: sites are said to be left clear, clean and in perfect order, and one account notes that the demolished building seemed simply to disappear because the surrounds were so tidy.

Photos sent during the work kept owners informed while they were away, and the crew is described as professional and pleasant from start to finish, trusted to complete the job without supervision. Pricing is called great value, and the hand removal of a wall too near a boundary fence is singled out as careful work. Customers speak of the whole process as easy, from the quote through to a finished site.
