Geelong clients seeking demolition and asbestos removal describe Rowan Leen Demolition & Asbestos as a dependable operator, with customers repeatedly noting the care taken on sensitive projects. Reviewers mention asbestos removal from bathrooms, roofs and whole houses, along with concrete breaking and full house demolitions, and remark that the crew worked methodically through extremely wet and muddy conditions. Owners of heritage-listed properties describe handling so careful that underground services were left untouched and surrounding structures escaped damage.

A theme running through the feedback is Rowan's hands-on communication, from prompt quoting through to keeping clients informed during the job, and his readiness to organise permits and related tasks on their behalf. Customers characterise the pricing as fair and affordable, the response as swift, and the finished result as tidy and thorough, with site clean-up completed properly. Reviewers also note that the team was easy to deal with from start to finish and that they would engage the business again, whether for a garage demolition, an asbestos roof removal on a residential house or more complex sensitive demolition work. Praise centres on the crew's hardworking approach and professional workmanship.
