Mackay and Sons House Demolition Brisbane

Do not use this organisation to support your demolition project. On our project they dropped the demolition home onto a new property along with neighbouring fences. The company have admitted liability verbally and in writing and then would not agree for the new home builder to complete the repairs. The company then sent contractors to repair (refused the new builders quote for repair) who caused more damage and won't return to rectify. The company will not reply to emails nor will the owner now discuss with us. Staff change regularly and you are then given staff who have no handover or detailed knowledge.

House Demolition Brisbane - Extremely happy with service from start to finish. Fantastic communication from the start which made the whole process easy for me and everything I was told would be done around timelines was spot on and the site looks great! When I stopped by during the process the neighbours mentioned how happy they were with the tidiness of the site during the demo and it had not disrupted them at all. Would highly recommend Mackay and Sons and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects.

Mackay & Sons did a great job for a good price. Excellent to deal with on site. We highly recommend their whole team.

Very happy with this company who took care of our house demolition in Brisbane. The job was completed efficiently and professionally. Yes there were some delays due to weather etc which can be expected but the team communicated these with us. We are confident with the safe and thorough removal of asbestos from the property as well which is reassuring for a cleared site to built fresh.
