Materials recovered on site, including timber, steel and concrete, are recycled or crushed for reuse.

I am so impressed by the overall experience with Erin and Cat at the office and Osh and the team on site. Super helpful leading up to the demo. Just a small interior demo but they were fast and neat. Erin answered my 100 questions with proper customer service and on site Osh and the team wrapped things up in a third of the time they said they would be done. I highly recommend them, they have other connections to lean on if you're doing a reno. I would use them again and I would recommend them to builders, developers and renovators. Great work! I am extremely happy with the overall service even with some additional asbestos costs occurring which could not have been identified in any case with the sitting tenant in place. I really appreciate all Jenneffer and Erin and the rest of the team have done in committing to completing the demolition of my long held rental home in a time critical manner.

Excellent work by Brisbane city demolition. Communication was excellent. We did have a lot of surprise / hidden asbestos on our site demolition so unfortunately the costs did triple on the original quote. Nothing they did wrong. It just part of the process. So just be prepared.
Following a disastrous house-fire in which we lost everything, we were dumbfounded by the generosity and thoughts of the community and all government levels. Since then, we experienced recurring problems with the demolition until we hired Brisbane City Demolition. They have shown every bit as much thought and assistance as the community, and we cannot recommend them more highly.
