Precision Concrete Solutions

Precision Concrete Solutions Pty Ltd was established in 2014 and is based in Cairns, facilitating work across North Queensland and the Torres Strait region. Managing Director and Demolition Licence nominee Wayne Steel has over thirty-five years of documented demolition and construction industry experience, while Director and Asbestos Licence nominee Andrew Laugher has over 15 years of industry experience. The company carries Work Cover and public and product liability insurance, and operates under an integrated management system compliant with AS/NZS ISO 14001 and AS 4801.

Services include structural and internal demolition, specialised concrete cutting and core drilling, bonded asbestos removal, and excavation and pile trimming.

Prompt, organised workmanship is the theme that runs through feedback on Precision Concrete Solutions, with reviewers in Cairns consistently describing a team that arrives when it says it will and finishes within the quoted budget. Several customers mention asbestos removal handled quickly and with care, turning what one household called a stressful situation into a straightforward process. The cutting of openings is another service that comes up often, including three large window holes cut into a home and a window-sized opening formed in a masonry block wall for a later window installation, both reported as completed neatly and to a high standard.

Reviewers repeatedly name Andrew and Tyson alongside the wider crew, praising their professionalism, respect for the property and approachable manner on site. Quotes given before work begins are described as clear and honoured, and communication from the first enquiry through to completion is singled out as easy and responsive. Tidiness after the job and the quality of the finished result feature in the accounts, as does the willingness to go beyond what was expected. The same names and the same standard of workmanship appear across the feedback.
