Breakthrough Group

Brett, Rohan and his crew were A1 in the demolition of my father’s home which burnt down last July. They attended to all the details, gave more than I expected, a number of times, and insisted on getting everything right for us. Thank you very much, Team Breakthrough, it has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Cancelled first appointment, didn't show for 2nd appointment and ghosted me when I tried to get in contact to find out what's going on. Poor service.

Thanks to the fellas who did a great job removing a partial wall in our kitchen. On time and cleaned up afterwards - highly recommend

SMALL JOB - BIG SERVICE - GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! We needed pavers and concrete removed from a residential back corner area. A "small" job, but too much to undertake as a DIY project, we employed the services of Breakthrough Group, Cairns and can't fault the job they did for us! The guys onsite were friendly, obviously competent and cleaned up afterwards! Even our dog liked them and she doesn't like many people! From Helene in the Office through to the guys onsite, we had a great customer experienceI I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Breakthrough Group and their team!

I would just like to thank you and your team for a job well done on my pool refurbishment project. I was really happy with the quality of the work. The scheduling by yourself really helped me keep my project timeline on track. Brandon was always accommodating on minor adjustments and very good at his trade. Josh was a gun on the excavator. Lovely to watch. Breakthrough also seems to have a great team culture as when something does not go to plan everyone works together to get the job done. It was really refreshing to see that. I have and will recommend Breakthrough to my friends, Family and co workers.

The lads were well presented and on time. Respectful and did a great job . What more can you ask for
