DPC Demolition & Salvage

This apprent "Demolition experts" demolished a burnt out house next to my home, lucky I had insurance they have caused over $10 000 damage to my fences concrete metal posts ect and had the balls to say they could "fix it up later " as my insurers told me don't let them near it so if you're thinking of using these idiots just remember you will have to pay a whole heap extra when you're insurance company is contacted as my neighbour and this DCP DEMOLITION Company are finding out now, get a decent company it's lots of money for both of them especially DPC or Dave as the owner is called 😉

I recently hired DPC Demolition for a complete demolition of a residential property, and I was highly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to safety. David and his team were very helpful, kept in contact and turned up and completed the job when they said they would. Left the site really clean. Great price. Overall very happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

Used David Pica and the team at DPC Demolition to demolish our house. His communication was absolutely amazing answered all the questions . Pricing was very fair and they did the job on time and were very very professional from start to finish. If you need a house knocked down give these guys a go.

Quote was very reasonable. David inspected the site personally to make an assessment and clarify any details. The demolition happened on time (early in fact) and was conducted in an efficient and professional manner. The machinery operator was clearly very experienced. He called me to clarify actions as needed (in my case there was a problematic concrete plinth along a fence line). Site was left very clean. I would not hesitate to use DPC again or recommend them to others.

Royal Park Salvage were actually my first choice but due to delays on my part the company stopped responding. Thats when I contacted DPC Demolition. 6 weeks later I still had delays with my electricity abolishment but David and the team were very patient and said when it was ready to go just email them. The job was done for a good price. If youre looking for a demo I totally recommend these guys!

Have used David 3 times now have always been very happy with his work and very competitive in price I did make the mistake on one time I went for a cheaper price which was only $500 but the other company kept putting the start date back and back until finally I had to tell him to stick it and called up David who got it sorted very quickly so this time around I did not make the mistake of using anyone else as I learnt there is nothing more painful than being stuffed around.
