Their comprehensive quote covered the entire process, including handling all the utility abolishment applications for gas, electricity, and plumbing, all the way through to final completion last Friday (3 July 2026) in Balwyn. Remarkably, their rate was even more competitive than another contractor who only offered to demolish the house, leaving me to navigate the complex utility applications by myself.
