Micro Demo Co.

Micro Demo Co. is a small demolition company operating in Melbourne and Sydney. Its team includes licensed Registered Building Practitioners, and the company specialises in kitchen, bathroom, structural wall and floor and wall surface demolition, along with residential and commercial strip-outs.

Site set-up work includes OHS documentation, permanent floor protection, dust containment, rubbish skip hire and heavy material disposal. Demolition waste is sorted and recycled at the company's own dedicated facility, reducing the amount of material sent to landfill.

Homeowners and renovation crews across Carlton and wider Melbourne feature heavily in accounts of Micro Demo Co., and a clear pattern emerges around residential strip-outs. Bathrooms, kitchens and laundries are recurring projects, with several customers describing how a full day was enough for a strip-out spanning two bathrooms, a laundry and a kitchen. More than one review highlights how carefully the work is done: shower screens and other fittings are set aside, floor protection goes down before demolition begins, and everything is carted away afterwards, leaving a clean, blank canvas ready for the next trade.

Punctuality is a common theme, with jobs finishing inside the promised timeframe so plumbers and other contractors can keep to schedule. Joe is named often, alongside Sammy and Garry, for explaining the scope beforehand, answering questions promptly and staying friendly throughout. Communication before and after the job draws consistent praise, as does the tidiness of the site once the crew leaves. Pricing is described as reasonable for the work involved, and the preparation is regarded as thorough. The company is engaged for both one-off homeowner renovations and ongoing builder work, and reviewers frequently say they would book the same team again on future projects.
