We employed Able Demolition to demolish a house and remove a lot of significantly sized boundary trees. It was a tricky project on a sloping block. They did an excellent job with great communication throughout, even removing a couple of trees for the neighbours at no extra cost. The whole team were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for Stefan who is an amazing operator of the excavator. If you want a top job at a fair price then Able Demolition is the way to go. I would thoroughly recommend them. I can't overstate how impressed and satisfied we've been by Stefan and his crew at Able Demolition! Stefan has incredible attention to detail, even finding extra absestos that other companies that quoted us missed. What a superb experience with Stefan and his team, right from the outset. - The price was very fair and reasonable. - The flexibility on the job was so appreciated. - The talent he has with the excavator is incredible! - The house was taken apart and sorted into material types for recycling, meaning there wasn't much land fill at all, which was great. We needed to amend the job and add things here and there and none of it was a hassle for Stefan. He was always approachable and friendly. They even carefully removed and kept a piano for us, gently lifting it out from the roof! The site was left in great condition - everything removed and the land levelled. Asbestos safely removed too of course. But above all, my favourite part about the whole experience was the communication. It was always clear and timely. We were never left wondering what was happening. We could always call or text and we'd get a quick response. It just made for a seamless (and enjoyable! amazing to watch the excavator demolish the house so carefully!) experience. Huge thanks Stefan - you and the team were exceptional.
