We engaged 1300 Demolitions for the full asbestos removal and house demolition at our Dawson Parade property in Keperra as the first stage of a knockdown rebuild. The team handled everything professionally from start to finish — permits, asbestos identification and safe removal, through to full demolition and site clean-up. The work was completed on schedule, and the site was left clean and ready for the next stage of construction. Communication throughout was clear and straightforward, which made the process much less stressful than expected. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any demolition or asbestos work in Brisbane's north side.
