1300 Demolition

I can't recommend 1300 Demolition highly enough. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Mariah was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made everything run smoothly. A special thank you to Angelo—he was outstanding to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely decent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered practical advice, and gave me complete confidence that the job would be done properly. If you're looking for a demolition company, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. 1300 Demolition is simply the best. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend them to anyone needing demolition or strip-out services.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Angelo, Greg and the team at 1300 Demolition. From the very beginning they were professional, punctual and easy to deal with. They completed the demolition work exactly as discussed. What really stood out was their willingness to share advice on a few other projects I have planned around the property, even though it wasn't related to the job they were there to do., for me. That level of customer service is becoming rare and was greatly appreciated. Shout out to Greg, who worked tirelessly throughout the days and took real pride in doing the job properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 1300 Demolition for any demolition project, large or small, and they'll be my first call when I'm ready for my next demo. Thanks again, gentlemen!

We engaged 1300 Demolitions for the full asbestos removal and house demolition at our Dawson Parade property in Keperra as the first stage of a knockdown rebuild. The team handled everything professionally from start to finish — permits, asbestos identification and safe removal, through to full demolition and site clean-up. The work was completed on schedule, and the site was left clean and ready for the next stage of construction. Communication throughout was clear and straightforward, which made the process much less stressful than expected. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any demolition or asbestos work in Brisbane's north side.

Big thanks to Angelo and the boys at 1300 Demolition for knocking down our house on the Sunshine Coast. Super easy to deal with, turned up when they said they would, and got the job done without any dramas. Really happy with how everything went. Highly recommend.

Huge shoutout to the crew at 1300 Demolition. These guys absolutely smashed it. They were lightning-fast, and the communication was spot on the whole time, I never had to chase them for an update. Angelo was also super easygoing and accommodating when asked to change the project timeline at the last minute. Honestly, if you need a demo job done without the usual headaches, just give these guys a call.
