Rhonda and Melita in the office were always responsive and helpful with any questions and provided clear guidance to ensure the entire process ran smoothly. The project was originally scheduled to take 10–11 days, but Chad and his team completed the demolition in just 4 days—an outstanding result. Although our fence sustained damage during the concrete removal, Chad immediately took responsibility and had it repaired and replaced the very next day. Their professionalism, reliability, and accountability were evident at every stage. They left the site clean and ready for our build. We would not hesitate to use Site Demolition again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy demolition company.

A rookie, without hesitation, embarked on the journey of building his own house, feeling anxious and fearing countless pitfalls. After obtaining quotes from three companies—two recommended by friends and one by a builder—we compared prices, coverage, review scores, service details, and most importantly, payment methods. Ultimately, we chose the Demolisher - Site Demolition recommended by the builder. It turned out our choice was right: First: It was the only company that required only a small deposit (10%) to start work, with the balance due upon completion, ensuring payment upon receipt of the certificate. Second: It collaborates with multiple builders, including ours. Throughout the process, all required documents were directly handled with the builder, which was incredibly convenient for us busy folks. Third: The work efficiency was truly impressive - from start to finish, it took exactly 7 days (including weekends), 👍. Perhaps as a family business, the owner highly values credibility. Her mantra is, "We must do our part so you can spread the word," and she truly delivered on this. Fourth: During these days of heavy rain, the site had many puddles. Fortunately, we had opted for sediment control, so the muddy water was filtered through green nets, turning clear before flowing into the street drains. The streets were also cleaned and washed thoroughly. Hence, the builder confirmed acceptance within an hour after reviewing the relevant photos, showing great confidence in this company. Fifth: A neighbor pointed out a missing section in the fence. Through video playback, it was clear that a small brick wall was embedded with the fence, and when the wall was pushed down, the gap appeared. We were already planning to buy materials to fix it ourselves, but the owner proactively offered to send someone the next day to fix it, truly touching our hearts 💗. Site Demolition is highly recommended. They are honest and fair. I first heard about them through Hope 103.2 and after checking with friends who engaged them in the past, I have no hesitation in engaging SD. They honour their word and you can trust that they will do a good job. It is an important start to the building process and they have exceeded my expectations. Rhonda and George are very approachable and you can count on them in an industry with many bad actors.

First time doing a knockdown rebuild. We weren't sure who to use for the demolition work so qe asked our builder. They recommended Site Demolition, and I'm glad they did. From start to finish everything went well. Even the unexpected surprises that occur with demolishing an old house were dealt with professionally and with transperancy.
