Demolishing of a house sounds easy but there are many factors and guidelines that need to be followed , the team at ANESTI were fantastic from the start with Barbara and Helen in the office to the crew on site conducting the work . a very professional company, highly recommend.
My lot was a bit narrow, and the house contained asbestos in the walls and ceiling, which I was not aware of. There was a price variation, but Anesti made it competitive compared to other companies. Anesti’s asbestos removal team did an excellent job, following all required procedures to safely remove the asbestos and ensuring there was no impact on the surrounding community. Due to the narrow site and the neighbouring property being very close, Anesti personally carried out the final demolition and rubbish removal. He completed the work with great professionalism. I am very happy with the service provided by Anesti and his team. I wish them all the best, and I will gladly use their services again in the future or recommend them to others.
