What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Roach Demolition & Excavations' Melbourne reviewers describe a 1960s home, trees and outbuildings demolished, with Stephanie and Darren credited for guiding clients through council permit requirements that in one case took eighteen months, while the company held its original quote throughout.
Asbestos discovered during at least one job was handled as part of the process, and reviewers mention a strong emphasis on recycling materials rather than sending everything to landfill. One long-time family home demolition is described taking particular care around neighbouring assets during the works.

Roach Demolition has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Stephanie in the office has been an absolute delight and always responsive and very informative. Highly recommend them for all demolition projects.
110% happy with the experience we have had with all of the Roach team from start to finish. Even though we had hickups and generally being overwhelmed for our first knockdown rebuild, Roach took the time to help us, answer questions super promptly, and even investigated things a bit further for us when it was needed. Absolutely fantastic company, and would highly recommend to anyone needing any demolition services. Special shoutout to Stephanie for always taking my frantic and naive phone calls, and Darren for being great to coordinate with logistically ☺️
We recently engaged Roach Demolition and Excavation to demolish an old 60's home, tree's and outbuildings and were very pleased with the result. Throughout the process Stephanie and Darren gave us advice on how to negotiate the steps required to achieve our goal and kept us updated as to the progress with the demolition process. Thoroughly recommend using their services.
Very nice experience to dealing with Stephanie, very efficient communication and organization. Reasonable price and clean job. Highly recommended.
We are very happy with Darren and Stephanie from Roach Demolition. We have specific case where we need to remove the granny flat and demolish the concrete. Roach demolition helped us to relocate the granny flat and remove the concrete, both in a very swift and smooth process. They can also help us to remove trees (including big one) around the concrete area. Very happy with all the tradesman working here as they are professional and left the site in neat and great condition. Very recommended!
Highly recommend Roach demolition if you are in eastern suburbs, looking to support local and need a reliable, trustworthy demolition company. Stephanie was efficient and customer focused, always eager to help. Looking forward to engage them on my next project again!
