ProCheck Services

ProCheck Services is a locally based team of licensed Asbestos Assessors, Occupational Hygienists and Environmental Scientists, servicing regional Victoria, the Murray regions and NSW. Its assessors are licensed and degree-qualified, and the business is backed by NATA-accredited laboratory testing.

Services provided include Division 5 and Division 6 asbestos audits, residential inspections, clearance certificates, air monitoring, asbestos registers and mould assessments.

Homeowners preparing renovations and property owners concerned about older dwellings form the bulk of the work described for this Bendigo asbestos specialist. Residential asbestos inspections, sampling and testing, along with Division 6 asbestos audits, come up repeatedly in accounts of the service. Jake is named often, with customers describing him as prompt, reliable and professional, and several mention that he explained the inspection process in detail and answered questions without judgement, including concerns about older 1960s and 1970s homes. Communication before, during and after the visit is a point that comes up often, with reports that it was prompt and clear from start to finish.

A number of reviews mention that reports arrived quickly and were comprehensive and easy to read, setting out where asbestos was found and including photographs, which gave clients confidence to proceed with renovations safely. Punctuality and thoroughness are recurring themes, and the assessment work is described as knowledgeable and detailed, leaving people at ease about the results. Fast turnaround on sampling and eagerness to accommodate urgent jobs also feature. The work centres on identifying risks and providing peace of mind through inspection, testing and audit reports.
