I would definitely recommend this service and would not hesitate to use it again. As well as offering good technical expertise, Deb’s communication was amazing. She was sensitive to the anxiety that may be involved in building assessment, and offered options and information to manage any issues. She was generous with referrals to other tradespeople, kept agreed appointments and followed up on commitments (eg reports, information). A really good service!
I had 3 areas in an outside section of the house that had already been tested for Asbestos. I sent Deb a description and photos of the area and she promptly came back with a quote. On the day of the job Deb kept me informed of the progress and some challenges that they faced. The communication and efficiency was outstanding and the pricing very reasonable. I cannot compare to other Asbestos firms in the Bendigo area as Piccolo Amianto were the only company I rang. I have used Asbestos removals companies in Melbourne previously and felt in comparison they exceed 5 stars.

Deb was wonderful, she put my mind at ease fast and effectively, was only a cupboard that looked different to the rest of the house reno which had me unsure. It felt like such a small problem but it is best to check and Deb made me feel like it was absolutely the right thing to do and I was so happy I did! Will definitely be recommending them and will use again in future renovation projects!
