Paterson Demolition & Recycling PTY LTD

Paterson Demolition & Recycling is a family owned and run business operating across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and other areas of Queensland, with the Paterson name associated with the Brisbane demolition industry for over 40 years. The company has been involved in large-scale demolition projects in Brisbane's CBD for four decades, including Westfields Carindale, Maryborough TAFE and the Wacol Police Academy, and holds ISO 45001:2018 accreditation for occupational health and safety management.

Services include commercial and residential demolition, multi-storey demolition, asbestos removal, fire-damaged and insurance work, dismantling of industrial sheds and plant, site decontamination and remediation, and emergency work.

Professionalism and prompt service emerge as the themes that recur most across accounts of this Sunshine Coast demolition contractor. Customers writing about their orders describe quotes being turned around quickly and work commencing without delay, with one builder noting that a long-running relationship across multiple projects has been made straightforward by the company's reliability. The speed of asbestos removal comes in for particular mention, and reviewers also highlight the responsiveness shown when requests arise during a job. A friendly manner is credited to Prue, who is named for handling an asbestos removal job quickly, and the operation is described as a family business.

Pricing is characterised as competitive while the standard of work remains high, a combination that reviewers point to when explaining why they would engage the firm again. The range of work covers demolition for residential and builder-led projects along with asbestos removal, and the company's recycling focus is reflected in its name. Repeat use by trade customers suggests the service holds up on larger as well as smaller jobs. Satisfaction with both the finished result and the way the process was managed runs through the feedback, with dealings described as easy and the outcome meeting expectations.
