AZCO Demolition

AZCO Demolition is based on the Sunshine Coast. Co-founder Barry Blair has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, and the company specialises in commercial demolition services for builders on the Sunshine Coast.

Services include demolition, residential and commercial strip-outs, and make-goods.

Office and residential strip-outs form the core of what customers describe, with the Sunshine Coast contractor handling both the removal of a 1200 square metre office premises in the Maroochydore CBD and a sensitive demolition in Little Cove. A thread running through the accounts is the role of George, who answered enquiries promptly, set out the scope of works and the pricing clearly, and stayed reachable while the job was under way.

Reviewers frequently point to that unexpected obstacles were met with solutions rather than excuses, whether the difficulty arose on a commercial fitout or from the tight access, neighbours and builder present at the Little Cove site. Flexibility and calm coordination under those conditions are singled out, along with a willingness to work in with others on site. George and Barry are named alongside the wider crew, with the workforce described as outstanding from beginning to end, and the same standard of care evident no matter the size of the task. What emerges is a picture of dependable crews, frank communication and a readiness to adapt when conditions change.
