Newcastle Coastal Earthworks

Punctuality and reliability stand out as the qualities customers of this Newcastle earthmoving operator mention most often, with Mitchell named repeatedly for turning up when he says he will and returning calls promptly. Reviewers describe a straightforward approach to quoting, with clear explanations of what can and cannot be done and no hidden costs added later. The machinery attracts consistent comment for being modern and well maintained, and it is credited with working effectively in tight spaces, such as excavation along the side of a house and removal of soil and debris around piers where access was restricted.

Customers in several reviews describe jobs completed to plan and within the timeframe they needed, including backyard work removing roots from a large gum tree and preparation of homes for sale. Tidiness is a point that comes up often, with one customer noting the footpath was swept after a long day of earthmoving. Reviewers also mention that problems were handled without fuss, and that the team went beyond what was expected to finish the work. Mitchell is described as honest, attentive to detail and a capable operator whose rates were considered reasonable.
