Gold Coast Demolition and Asbestos

Gold Coast Demolition and Asbestos has over 30 years of experience as a demolition contractor on the Gold Coast and has completed 350 projects. The company provides house and commercial demolition, asbestos removal, strip outs and knock-down rebuild projects, handling each project as a single contractor from start to finish.

As part of the demolition process, the company manages the demolition permit, electricity disconnection, sewer capping (Form 4) and asbestos removal (Form 65).

House and unit demolitions across the Gold Coast form the backbone of the work described, with several customers noting that jobs were completed quickly and efficiently. Reviewers often mention Tony and his crew by name, describing a professional and respectful approach, particularly around neighbouring properties, with letterbox drops and permit paperwork handled by his mother and secretary so that residents were kept informed. A point that comes up often is the balance between price and result: customers describe quotes as reasonable and competitive, work finished on the agreed time and budget, and sites left looking clean and well presented.

One customer notes a cottage demolition at Bribie Island completed ahead of schedule, while another mentions a Southport unit strip-out, both praising the finished result. Courteous communication before and during the job is singled out, as is the speed of the work and the care taken with adjoining properties. Several reviewers state they would engage the team again on future projects, and the tone throughout points to tidy sites, clear dealings from quote to completion and a willingness to return for the next demolition.
