We've worked with Dan at Coastal Demolitions on multiple projects and have always found him to be professional, reliable, and easy to work with. His team is well organised, works safely, and consistently delivers high-quality demolition work on schedule! Good communication and reliability are essential in our industry, and Dan is someone you can count on to get the job done without any hassles. We'd have no hesitation recommending Coastal Demolitions to other builders and contractors looking for a dependable demolition company!

Coastal recently did a large asbestos removal job at our new place. Dan provided us with a competitive quote, and fit the work into their busy schedule as soon as they could. Lance, Tau and Divante who performed the work were unreal. Exceptionally professional, clean and efficient. Would highly recommend using Coastal for asbestos removal services and other demolition work in the greater GC. Cheers guys

Wow just Wow!!! These guys were incredible. So easy to deal with, on time and really know their stuff. I am super impressed and highly recommend. Thanks Dan and the Gang.

We recently used Coastal Demolitions for our house demolition and had a really positive experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the team were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. Our site was close to neighbouring properties, so it was important to us that the works were handled with care and experience. The team were professional throughout and we felt confident the demolition was being managed properly. The job was completed efficiently, the site was left clean and overall the process was far less stressful than we expected, especially after hearing some difficult experiences people have had with other demolition companies. Would definitely recommend Coastal Demolitions to anyone looking for a reliable demolition company on the Gold Coast!

Dan and the team from Coastal Demolitions did a great job. They demolished our 2 buildings in a compliant and professional manner. The onsite crew were easy to deal with and the finished result was clean and tidy. I can recommend Coastal Demolitions.

Dan and his team delivered a complex demolition that provided a number of difficult situations with professionalism and care. Highly recommend. Special mention to Jensen the operator for his cleanliness and attention to detail.

Extremely impressed by Coastal Demolition's work for us. They demolished a brick on slab residential site for us, ready for a new build. Excellent communication in the lead up, on time commencement, very efficient demolition process, very professional operators. Great job from Dan and his crew.
