Ty was on the machines and again, very accomodating and skilful with the machines. He showed great attention to detail and was accountable for his time when he did the many tip runs. They tried to always get the best tip prices. Very happy with the result and highly recommend this business.
We have used Eagle Alliance Earthmoving for over 20 years. As a Plumbing business, it's really important that our machine operators know what they're doing and can be counted on to deliver quality services at short notice. Time is money. Rui and his team consistently deliver great service time and time again. Have tried other services over the years but we always end up coming back to Eagle.
Have been using the services of eagle alliance for a couple years. After my recent experience I'll never use them again! They didn't provide me with the machine I requested, the operator absolutely destroyed the yard didn't use any common sense left material on site that he was supposed to take away the job. Operator didn't provide any communication, turned up to site a second day in the rain and destroyed the yard even more ended up costing me thousands out-of-pocket having to get another machine for the day to clean up his mess and finish taking away the material. Eagle alliance denied all accountability. Ethan's rude comment was the (operator can't read minds) how hard is it to get rid of all material onsite when that's what I requested I wouldn't have expected to have to make sure this was done.
Steve the Combo operator and Diddian the truck driver went above and beyond for a residential partial demo and clean up. They worked hard to ensure the most economical solution was provided for dumping and they were really happy to deal with a woman and do a great job for their clients. Thank you Eagle we have used you on a number of occasions over the year and your call centre staff and operators are a cut above the rest. (no pun intended) :)
I had an employee abusing and swearing at me when they worked on a neighbouring property. They consistently started their machinery before 7am. I called and spoke with Jason who said he would call me back once he spoke with the employee. Have never heard a word back. Culture starts at the top of the company. Certainly would not use this company for any work.
Tony was an Exceptional, Attentive and Professional Operator. I miscalculated the amount of fill required during my job, and via Tony and Office admins, the problem was rectified in a prompt and cost effective manner. Highly recommended
Turned up on a Public Holiday with only 2 days notice after our regular bloke couldn't attend site as planned. He did a great job. Seamless from start to finish.
