Carsburg Earthmoving

I called Sean late on a Sunday afternoon and left a voicemail, which is very un-Australian of me. To my surprise, he called me back at 6:30 Monday morning. Sean let me know he personally didn’t have a machine available, but someone he works with had contacted him saying they did have one free this week if anyone needed it. Without hesitation, Sean passed the details on and helped connect us, even though he wasn’t making a dime from it himself. That kind of service, honesty and willingness to help is rare. He could have easily ignored the message or just said he couldn’t help, but instead he went out of his way to make sure both parties got what they needed. Thank you, Sean. You’re an absolute legend. I’d happily recommend anyone, especially anyone slightly more organised than me, to get in touch with Carsburg Earthmoving. Ripper customer service.

I don’t know about earthmoving but one of your tip trucks has a serious exhaust problem.

Top shelf earthmoving company.

Great company, good work ethics and can do attitude.

We are a plumbing company operating for over 30 years and when you need an excavator, these are your guys! Always on time, always a great job and extremely efficient. We had Clinton out to a 27 meter long dig up for sewer up to 1.6 meters deep. Clinton had it dug in 2.5 hours. He would of had it back filled in an hour only for us holding him up 😂 Thanks, Mark from Alliance Plumbing.

Agree with one review. Big truck with a machinery loaded was swerving and made a quick lane change while on Ann Street with pack full traffic and had to jam brake. 718KJV at 10am 5 November.
