Bayview Demolition

Bayview Demolition and Asbestos Services is a locally owned and operated demolition and asbestos removal business operating in the Hunter, Lake Macquarie and regional NSW.

Services cover commercial and residential demolition and asbestos removal for commercial, industrial, residential and government projects.

Asbestos removal and demolition across Newcastle feature throughout the feedback for Bayview Demolition, where the recurring theme is dependability paired with a professionally finished result. Customers describe old sheds containing asbestos being brought down, along with a block of units, a residential house on a compact Hamilton site and an ageing commercial property, with jobs typically completed within the expected timeframe and to a sound standard. Clear communication before and during the work is a point that comes up often, and Nick is named for being straightforward to deal with when arranging the demolition and for quoting reasonably and affordably.

The team, including Jai, is described as courteous and hardworking, and one account notes that poor weather did not stop the crew from pressing on rather than delaying. Tidiness recurs across the feedback, with yards left clean and clear afterwards, and the crew managing unforeseen complications without pushing out the completion date. Testing and removal of asbestos-containing material are part of the work described, and reviewers consistently highlight punctuality, fair dealing and steady communication throughout each project.
