AAAGS Demolition

AAAGS Demolition is a second-generation family business with owners actively involved on-site, founded over three decades ago. It has more than 35 years of experience serving Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.

Services include residential and commercial demolition, knock-down for rebuild, asbestos removal and testing, and excavation with wet or dry hire options.

AAAGS Demolition draws consistently positive accounts from customers in Newcastle, who highlight professionalism, follow-through and compliance across asbestos and demolition projects. Matthew, also referred to as Mat, is named for overseeing a crew that removed and disposed of asbestos cladding from a garage and workshop, with the process described as straightforward and meeting environmental and legislative requirements. Clear communication is a common thread, including keeping an anxious neighbour informed during asbestos roofing removal, and efficient scheduling that allowed the work to fit within a tight timeframe.

The finished result is described as clean and safe for the next stage of the project, while certification of the completed asbestos roofing removal is noted alongside pricing that customers considered reasonable. A recurring theme is the ease of dealing with the team from the initial quote through to completion, and one account highlights a professional service experience from start to finish. Excavation and asbestos testing form part of the wider offering, and the crew is credited with delivering on recommendations and leaving sites ready for subsequent trades. Mat and his team are portrayed as enjoyable to work alongside, a point that emerges across the accounts.
