Sydney Demolition Excavation

Sydney Demolition Excavation has over 15 years of experience covering house demolition, excavation, asbestos removal, remediation work and civil earthworks, and operates throughout Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Western Sydney and surrounding suburbs.

It provides a site clearance certificate for asbestos removal in accordance with NSW WorkSafe requirements, and its remediation works are regulated by the NSW Environment Protection Authority under an Environment Protection Licence and Environmentally Hazardous Chemicals Act Licence.

A homeowner facing a pressured demolition timeline describes how Sydney Demolition Excavation stepped in and completed the work to a high standard. Several accounts highlight punctuality, with crews arriving when promised and finishing promptly rather than letting the job drag on. Clear communication and transparent quoting emerge as consistent themes: customers describe being kept informed, receiving straightforward pricing without hidden costs, and paying what was agreed. The team's manner is repeatedly noted, with reviewers calling them friendly, helpful and honest in their dealings.

Tidiness on completion also features, with sites left clean and orderly once the demolition and excavation work was finished. The scope reflected in feedback covers demolition contracting, concrete work and excavation, along with asbestos testing, matching the range of services the business advertises. One customer recalls an earlier stressful experience with a different contractor and contrasts it with the straightforward, reliable service received here, including a quote well below others. Another simply notes the job was done well and would call on the company again. Reliability under pressure, fair pricing and a personable crew are the qualities that come through most clearly in the accounts.
