Always a big concern when you find asbestos. But Dave and his team were highly professional and had everything ready when asked. SWMS, Licenses etc. You could see by the way they worked. Also, when the hygienist comes off site with you and say "Perfect", that's when you know it's a job well done. Thanks Dave

I reached out to Dave for asbestos removal which we found during renovations on a newly acquired property. Dave and his team are absolutely fantastic. His team were punctual and highly professional. I requested some additional asbestos removal on the day, and they were more than happy to accommodate and add it to the scope of works. After the removal, I walked through the property and was blown away with how clean they left the property. I have zero suggestions or recommendations... their service is perfect as it is. Dave and his team were recommended to me after our first asbestos removal contractor ghosted us. Dave communicated promptly and transparently in the leadup. The Irwin team do a great job on site. They worked extremely neatly and completed the asbestos removal exactly as planned. There was one hiccup where removing some sheeting caused some unintended damage to an adjacent area. This was totally not the team's fault as it only occurred due to corner cutting done by some previous owner. However, Dave called me to explain the situation and we made a plan to complete the job. I'm very glad to have found Dave and the Irwin Asbestos team, and would heartily recommend them to others.
