Evolve Demolition. strip -outs & Demolition contractor
About the company
Evolve Demolition was founded by Joshua, who had over a decade of experience in the industry, having worked for renowned firms before starting the business on his own. The company is fully insured and specialises in small demolitions and strip-out services for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Its services include internal strip-outs, residential bathroom and kitchen strip-outs, concrete removal, asbestos removal and rubbish removal, along with partial and complete building demolitions and site clearing.
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Evolve Demolition's Sydney reviewers, most dealing directly with Josh, describe smaller-scale jobs: a Marrickville backyard cleared of around 100 square metres of concrete that was recycled rather than tipped to save the client money, a backyard studio and shed demolished within two hours, a concrete wheelchair ramp removed from a tight, fenced-in space, and an outdoor wall taken down.
More than one reviewer compares the final price favourably against competing quotes, in one case describing it as a third of the cost. Reviewers consistently mention Josh's communication and willingness to work around access constraints as reasons they would return for future jobs.

Josh is very knowledgeable and experienced. He cares for his customers and was providing us with a lot of helpful advice and information. I would highly recommend him.
Evolve were recommended by my kitchen supplier and he was great. Demolished the old kitchen and removed all the carpets in one day, cleaned up and left the place ready for the next stage of renovations. Very pleasant guys to work with, highly recommended.
Josh is great - quick to respond, helpful with assistance and connect with other members in the industry. Despite having to cancel on him last minute due to unforeseen circumstances he was understanding and continued to assist me in other projects in coming months. Thanks - Andy Liew
