I picked up the excavator the night before, off Ian he was awesome easy to talk with and very humble and explained the running of excavator and truck. then dropping off the next evening I pulled in to the front of the yard because Ian told me to drive straight down along the fence and turn around but gates were locked 🔒 I was dialling there mobile within 30seconds of pulling up as I had forgot to message 15 minutes prior to getting there and as I was about to call when Thomas pulled up behind me. He went straight into disgruntly saying about the no parking sign and that's why its there and telling me he had a complaint already from the council or actually IGA and that's how he knew i was there literally i was there no more than 60 seconds when he pulled up he was bluntly rude where my partner walked away and wouldnt even look at him. whilst he was parked on the roadway behind me after complaining that I was in a no parking zone and then to tell me that I done over 300ks and went over the 100ks allowance and asked if I read the disclaimer I responded No who does usually! So I read it last night when I got home and the conditions and from what I read there's nothing about excess kms at all. Unfortunately Thomas gives for a bad review but Ian i would give 5 stars any day of the week I did want to hire the machine and truck again but will look elsewhere now

Great Bendigo business. Ian and Tom are very easy to deal with and experienced professionals. I appreciated their expertise in moving dirt around and removing concrete at my place. Very good to deal with. I highly recommend.
We hired a skidsteer for a day, machine was in excellent condition. Pick and drop off was easy, Ian responded quickly and instructions were very clear.
