Asbestaway

Asbestaway Pty. Ltd. is based in Maitland and serves all of New South Wales. The company has more than 40 years of experience in asbestos management, and its team has a combined experience of 40+ years. Asbestaway specialises in asbestos testing, removal, and management. It also specialises in controlled demolition and removal of hazardous materials from residential and commercial buildings.

Asbestos waste is transported and disposed of at licensed facilities. The company offers a four-stage asbestos clearance process. It provides lead remediation and soil remediation services. Demolition services include bathroom, garage/shed, kitchen, and laundry demolition. The team includes CEO Rayan Athels, Manager Henry Josh, Manager Sanjida Carlose, and Founder Henry Joshep.

Asbestaway handles asbestos identification, removal and small demolition projects, and the feedback gathered from clients across Maitland and the surrounding districts centres on the conduct of Anthony and his team. Reviewers repeatedly describe Anthony as straightforward to deal with, prompt and honest when preparing quotes, with several noting that he kept them informed from the initial inspection through to the finished clean-up. The work itself is described as thorough and careful, whether the job involved a residential renovation, an old warehouse or a more complex removal combined with demolition, and customers mention that the site was left spotless once the team had finished.

Efficiency comes up often, including accounts of jobs being completed ahead of the schedule originally discussed, alongside fair and reasonable pricing for the type of work involved. Anthony is named specifically for going beyond what was expected, offering practical recommendations and placing the client's needs ahead of profit. Repeat business features in the comments, with customers stating they would engage the team again for future projects and would pass the details on to others needing asbestos expertise.
