These guys just completed a complicated partial demolition to the downstairs of a two story home, I have no hesitation in recommending them, Mike House Inspect Australia
We moved from adelaide to Melbourne . One of the best service we have ever had . They came on time , professionals, and they asked us again and again where to put the things. We will use them again. Highly recommend .
Had the lads at AC demolition come dismantle my old shed and rip up the concrete slab. From the first quote they were super responsive and professional. Everyone arrived on time and they did an awesome job of keeping the surrounding area clean. Job was as quoted with no nasty surprises. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!
These guys were great! We had never demolished a house before but they made it feel remarkably easy for us, and stepped us through the whole process. Everything happened according to plan, within the specified time frame and exactly as they said it would. From the moment i first rang up and made the initial enquiry and spoke to Abbey(who incidentally was great!), everyone I dealt with(Abbey, Mark, Lisa) was helpful, professional and on the ball. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Thank you AC Demolition!
Went out of their way to fit in with the complexities of my demolition/building project. The workers (particularly Bec) obviously wanted to do their job well rather than just do enough to get paid. Admin staff very responsive. I doubt I'll need demolition work again but if I did I would go to AC Demolition.
We were very impressed with the work and professionalism of the whole team at AC Demolition when they demolished our home last October. They clearly have a strong understanding of the whole process, which they step you through; from the abolishment of power, advising the neighbours on the timing to clearing the block with great attention to detail - including sorting the product from the building for separate recycling, timber, metal, green waste and rubble. It was really interesting to watch as they carefully nudged the building over step by step. When you think of demolition you have in mind a great wrecking ball, it couldn't be more different, it is a very careful process. Our demolition also included pulling down a large tree, which was also very well managed. I'd recommend them to others in a blink. Thanks again for the efficient process. A&P - Hawthorndene
