Tracserv

Tracserv is an excavation and earthmoving business that has been operating since 1989. It serves Dubbo, Orange, Parkes, Bourke, Bathurst, Forbes, Mudgee and other areas in the Central West region. The company supports industrial, civil, mining and agricultural clients. Richard Kirby is a Director at the Dubbo branch, and Leandra Kirby is the Dealer Principal at the Dubbo branch. It sells Isuzu trucks, Bobcat tractors, lawn mowers, generators and stationary engines.

In Dubbo, Tracserv has built a reputation among truck owners, farmers and earthmoving operators as a dependable source of parts and service. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff, who are described as friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist. A theme running through the feedback is the speed of response: customers note that quotes are returned promptly, parts are supplied either from stock or overnight, and staff call as soon as items arrive. Several reviewers mention that genuine parts are competitively priced compared with aftermarket alternatives, citing specific components such as Meritor s cams as an example.

The team is also praised for completing jobs at short notice and at reasonable cost, with quick turnaround times on truck and trailer servicing. Named staff member Josh is singled out for being efficient and sorting out issues on multiple occasions, particularly for bobcat spares. Buyers who have purchased trucks and excavators from the business describe the process as easy and the after-sales backup as matching the standard of service. The truckers lounge, showers and beds add a practical touch for drivers stopping in.
