Securitel Pty Ltd

Securitel Pty Ltd carries out security system installation, antenna and telecommunications work around Wagga Wagga, with feedback reflecting a mixed experience. A number of customers describe the technicians positively, with Zack and Solly singled out for a polite and professional manner, and Peter named for knowing his trade well. One thing mentioned again and again is responsiveness, as one account notes that contact was returned straight away.

Recurring criticism concerns fault-finding and billing: reviewers describe repeat visits for television reception that did not resolve the issue, one mentioning a replacement part fitted by someone else, and another noting a new aerial installation with hours of labour that still left the reception problem unresolved, alongside charges that customers felt were not justified by the outcome. Communication after the work also drew complaints, with customers left unclear about what had been done and why the fault persisted. The positive accounts centre on the installers themselves and the speed of the initial response, while the negative ones focus on unresolved reception faults and the cost of follow-up visits.
