The man working at the salvage yard was unhelpful and rude. No idea why as I simply asked a polite question. Will not be back here. Only reason I give it two stars is because another employee during a previous visit was helpful.

Extremely disappointed with S & L Salvage, they completed demolition on a neighbouring property and destroyed/ removed retaining wall on my property resulting in brick paving subsiding, met with owner James and he took no responsibility for his teams actions, he was smug in his response, I would not recommend them in any way, does not hold responsibility for his teams actions, note response from James

Extremely disappointing experience with S&L Salvage. I engaged them to remove a swimming pool at my investment property, and during the process, their machinery caused significant damage to a brick boundary wall and gate. Despite clear evidence that the damage occurred during their works — and an initial verbal offer to remove the damaged wall — they later denied responsibility, refused to assist with demolition, and left me to deal with a crumbling structure at my own cost. The repair they carried out without prior approval was substandard and mismatched, and they have since stopped responding constructively. I’ve now had to obtain quotes for over $14,000 to rectify the situation and am pursuing the matter further. I would not recommend this company — poor workmanship, no accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.

S&L demolished my house for a competitive price. The team were great to deal with - good communication and friendly team.

S&L Demo did a great job of a partial house demo for a subdivision I undertook. They were flexible and considered my needs during the job. Ben recommended I kept my driveway in tact so the builder could use it, then they came back after the build to remove it in preparation for the new driveway. This saved me a few thousand $$. They even helped me out with a few odd jobs while they were there, such as erecting some ATF fencing. Highly recommend for demo services.
