Asbestos removal and crane hire sit at the centre of the work described in feedback, alongside scaffolding support. Speed is a recurring theme: a call about a job needed at short notice is met with a crew visiting to check, measure and price the task within the hour. Punctuality is mentioned repeatedly, with teams reported to arrive exactly when arranged and to work efficiently and politely while addressing concerns raised on the day.

Nigel is credited with making asbestos removal straightforward, from the initial quote through to finding a time that suited both parties for the crew to carry out the work safely. Mitch and Peter are described as approachable and thorough. Tidiness also draws comment, one account noting the site was left clean once the team finished, while the crane side of the operation is called organised and professional. Several buyers describe the responsiveness of the business from first enquiry to a job completed without fuss, and the willingness to offer advice at the outset comes through as well.
