K & S Mini Excavating

Kevin, trading as K & S Mini Excavating, is repeatedly named by customers around Cairns as a skilled excavator operator who brings a machine to tight spots and awkward terrain. Reviewers describe trench digging, holes for planting, removing fence posts, levelling ground, vegetation clearance and shifting substantial quantities of soil and rock from garden mounds. More than one customer describes Kevin as upfront and honest, quoting fair rates and delivering the finished job correctly the first time, without a need to return. Reliability is a recurring theme, with prompt replies to calls, short-notice bookings accepted, on-time arrival and easy rescheduling when plans shift.

Accounts mention careful and safe handling in cramped pool yards and beside sheds, leaving existing structures undamaged and the site tidy afterwards. Follow-up impresses clients managing body corporate properties, particularly written descriptions and photographs of completed clearance work. Landscaping businesses treat Kevin as a dependable long-term partner for earthmoving, and the consistent thread across feedback is an obliging, knowledgeable operator who also offers practical suggestions on site. That combination of fair pricing, tidy results and genuine flexibility gives customers confidence before, during and after each engagement.
