Diggermate Mini Excavator Hire Port Macquarie

Diggermate Mini Excavator Hire Port Macquarie is a local business owned by Tim Fretten. Fretten relocated to Australia from the UK with his family in 2008 and has been a Port Macquarie resident since 2018. He was formerly a Mechanical and Electrical engineer and owned his own Electrical business. The business offers excavator machine hire and excavator hire with an operator.

Its service area includes Port Macquarie, Lake Cathie, Wauchope, Telegraph Point, and Beechwood. The fleet includes machines from manufacturers such as Kubota, Yanmar, Wacker Neuson, and Kobelco, with compact models including 0.8t and 1t micro-excavators and a 1.7t excavator. The business serves residential, commercial, and civil jobs, working with builders, tradies, garden contractors, and owner-builders.

Householders tackling footings, clean-ups and small earthworks across the Port Macquarie district appear throughout the feedback for this mini excavator hire service, and the same thread runs through nearly every account: the handover. Tim is named repeatedly for the friendly introduction he gives to the machine, walking hirers through the controls and passing on advice that saves them time on the job. Reviewers describe the excavator itself as a great little unit that performs well across a day's work, making light of tasks that would otherwise be handled by hand.

Booking and logistics draw consistent praise, with several customers describing an easy online booking process, clear communication about dropping off and collecting the machine, and equipment arriving well maintained and ready to use. The pricing is described as competitive, and a point that comes up often is how straightforward Tim makes the whole arrangement, including one occasion when a machine was needed urgently and he treated the request as no trouble at all. Repeat hirers report going back for later projects, and the digger is credited with turning a laborious job into something far more enjoyable.
