Diggermate has an extensive library of how-to videos on using its machines. The business hires out excavators, mini excavators and diggers.

Mini excavator hire in Hervey Bay is the focus of a business that customers repeatedly describe as straightforward to deal with across the whole hire process. Reviewers highlight the condition of the machines, noting that excavators and trailers arrive well presented and in faultless working order, and that the same care applies whether equipment is picked up or delivered to a property.

Communication comes up often, with praise for clear instructions before a job and quick responses when something needs attention during it. Several customers mention that the rates compare favourably with larger hire companies, describing the pricing as fair for the equipment supplied. The friendliness of the team is a recurring theme, and staff members Daz and Deb are named for sharing excavation tips and making the experience easy for first-time operators.

Reviewers also value the flexibility of booking online and arranging back-to-back hire days, with drop-off and collection handled without fuss. Jobs range from clearing residential blocks and general dirt work to a variety of small excavation tasks, and the machines are described as capable of handling plenty of work on a property. Repeat hire and referrals to friends and family feature prominently in the feedback, with customers returning for subsequent projects.
