Barragup Bobcat Services

Barragup Bobcat Services is an excavation and earthmoving business established in 2002 and based in the Mandurah area. Owner-operator Warrick is fully licensed and insured, providing public liability insurance to $10 million. The business services Mandurah and surrounding areas, and guarantees a quality job. It owns and operates a wide range of fully insured new equipment, with a highly experienced operator competent in all aspects of bobcat work. Bobcat access requires a minimum width and height of 2 metres.

Specialisations include builder's and owner's site cleans (1st, 2nd, 3rd and final with hand raking), garden bed preparation and removal, concrete removal (paths, kerbs, driveways, carports and concrete waste), back filling old swimming pools, old septics and leach drains, and driveway preparation and levelling for concrete surfaces, brick paving, gravel, limestone and road bases. Most types of waste are removed except hazardous and liquid waste, with recycling and responsible waste management prioritised to reduce landfill. Payment is accepted via cash, money orders, direct deposits or EFTs. Main services include bobcat and rubbish removal, site cleans, concrete removal, back filling, and driveway preparation.

Reliability, careful workmanship and courteous treatment form the thread running through accounts of this Mandurah excavation operation. Customers describe the father-and-son team, Warrick and Adam, turning up when promised and carrying out earthmoving tasks with evident care, whether stripping a front garden of hedge, bushes and lawn or hauling away large mounds of sand. The pair are said to explain what needs doing and why, keep communication prompt from the first enquiry through to completion, and leave each site tidy and presentable. Honest pricing and good value recur in the feedback, including on difficult blocks where care was needed around existing features.

Sand and dirt removal, clean-ups of blocks ahead of sale, and verge preparation appear among the jobs described, with leftover material carted off and ground levelled afterwards. The family-run character of the business is noted alongside the politeness and professionalism shown on site, and the same names come up across jobs spanning more than one visit. Customers mention booking the team again for further work and passing the recommendation on to others, which reflects how the standard of finish and the manner of dealing with people are remembered long after the machinery leaves.
