Baird Demolition Pty Ltd

Baird Demolition specialises in structural demolition, excavation and civil works, with over 20 years of experience. Its fully licensed team handles commercial and industrial demolitions of factories, hotels, shopping centres, schools and office buildings, assists clients with obtaining demolition permits, and takes care of asbestos removal and site clean-up.

Services include commercial defits, soft demolition, office strip-outs, concrete cutting and grinding, house renovations, and truck and plant hire.

Work completed by Baird Demolition Pty Ltd in Canberra is consistently described by reviewers as reliable, well priced and finished to a high standard, and the operator named most often is Joe, whose Bobcat work and crew receive frequent praise. Customers in several reviews describe demolition and earthworks carried out across the district, including projects at a shopping place and on private builds, with one noting that a job quoted at six hours elsewhere was finished in roughly two.

One thing mentioned again and again is the straightforward, honest manner in which Joe deals with clients, from the initial conversation about the scope through to the final clean-up, and his integrity and work ethic are singled out by repeat clients. Reviewers also mention speed, tidiness on completion and fair pricing as reasons they have returned for further levelling and earthmoving work. The same crew is credited with both demolition and machine operation, and long-standing customers speak of always being satisfied with the result, while newer clients describe the service as easy to arrange and the finished work as exceptional.
