Aussie Demolition Co

Aussie Demolition Co is based in Coffs Harbour and serves the surrounding areas. The company holds public liability insurance. It follows Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and site-specific risk assessments on jobs, with SWMS provided for every job before work begins. Full PPE and containment procedures are used on all asbestos works.

Waste is disposed of through licensed facilities. The company complies with SafeWork NSW guidelines. Sean and Charles are named contacts who can carry out on-site assessments. Services provided include demolition, asbestos removal, earthworks, and asbestos testing and assessment.

Aussie Demolition Co draws on engagements around Coffs Harbour that cover demolition, asbestos testing and debris removal, and the feedback gathered from clients splits between praise and serious complaint. Satisfied accounts highlight professional conduct and a strong result, with one customer recalling that a request for demolition work was met by Charles with real willingness to assist, the task completed to a good standard and finished sooner than expected. That readiness to help and the pace of the job stand out in the positive remarks. The less favourable accounts centre on how the business conducts itself on site.

A recurring concern is the manner of staff, with claims that workers attended a property repeatedly without adequate notice or agreement and at times commenced before the hours council rules permit. When these points were raised, the response described was argumentative rather than cooperative. Several accounts also note that schedules, the duration of works and what to expect were not communicated clearly. What emerges is a contractor able to deliver swift, competent demolition and asbestos-related work, while conduct on site and communication have left some clients dissatisfied.
