Great experience for 1st timer removing asbestos which can be daunting. Cannot recommend 1st Choice Asbestos Removal more highly if you are in the market. I had researched online before approaching for quotes re estimated costs in Sydney, how to identify a good, licensed company etc. 1st Choice ticked all my boxes coming out to visually inspect for quote & coming in line with projected estimates. I had other quotes, with one company prepared to match price when not inspecting themselves. Why did I select 1st Choice? they were extremely professional, honest (what was quoted was the invoice, no hidden costs), advised me upfront of the process they would undertake with notifying neighbors, the assessor & certificate at the end & what would happen on the day etc. I valued Pat going that extra mile at the quoting stage. My questions were answered promptly before accepting the quote, the back-office team were very supportive. On the day, Jamie & the team were on time, professional, efficient & tidy.
